Darrowby Farm is a small facility, by design - only 13 stalls total!  We offer only full care for boarded horses.  This ensures that each horse receives the personal, daily attention he or she deserves, and the owners depend upon.  Our barns are airy, clean and bright, with good ventilation and plenty of light.

Our Full Board Includes: Daily stall cleaning (365 days a year) Daily turnout or exercise 3 feedings per day on a regular time schedule Blankets on and off Warm drinking water in cold weather Daily hoof cleaning after turnout All hay, grain and bedding Facilities: 70' x 200' indoor arena with sand footing and protective stirrup guard wall 10' x 12' stalls (a few larger stalls may also be available) Heated and cooled tackrooms Security system in tackrooms Heat/smoke detection system in barns 2 wash racks with hot & cold water Two pastures with 4 board fencing Outdoor dressage arena, grass footing

 

Fee Schedule

At the Farm
Lessons:	$55.00 / 45-50 Minutes			Private		or $200/Month for 4 private lessons
	$65.00 / 45-50 Minutes			Semi-private		or $240/Month for 4 semi-private lessons
Training:	1)  $850.00 / Month, 60 day minimum required.  Includes full board.  Introductory through 3rd Level.
	2)  $775.00 / Month, Owner in training with his/her own horse.  Consists of board and 8 lessons per month.
Board:	$450.00 / Month
	Includes box stall, daily stall cleaning, daily bucket cleaning, feed, water, hay, bedding, turnout, blankets on and off, picking feet, arena priviledges.  No extra charges for necessities, ever! Current Boarders and Students will be given priority with respect to waiting list and stall availability.
Arena Rent:			$50.00 per Hour, 2 hour minimum
			Arena hourly rental must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.   Arena daily rental must be scheduled 30 days in advance. Special arrangements available for Pony Club and 4-H groups.
Away from the Farm:			Within half-hour driving time; if not, $.35 per mile additional
Lessons:	$60.00 / 45-50 Minutes			Private		or $220/Month for 4 private lessons
	$70.00 / 45-50 Minutes			Semi-private		or $260/Month for 4 semi-private lessons
Clinics:	Teach through Third level.
	$300.00/day for 6 hours, private lessons, plus lodging, meals, air fare or  $ .35 per mile. Special fees for Pony Club and 4-H, Smaller Clinics may be arranged.
